Private Therapeutic Yoga


Therapeutic Yoga focuses on gentle stretches, joint mobility, flowing and stress release movements, rejuvenation and general wellbeing.  A combination of breath work, mindfulness, Qigong, and yoga is included. A session can be tailored to your individual needs, and physical capabilities. 

 Each session ends with a progressive relaxation to calm your nervous system and relax any tension held in the body. 

Therapeutic yoga sessions are ideal for those who need slow, gentle, relaxing movements and guided visualizations for stress, illness, medical treatments, and strokes.
