Cost: $99.00 - 6-class Zoom series - Prepayment is required.

This is an opportunity for you to once a week for an hour to reset your nervous system. Why is this important? Because having a calm nervous system helps us sleep better, supports our immunity system, and this class gives us time to unwind and rest.

Having spent years working with people who deal with anxiety, or serious illness, I have kept up with the latest science and proven methods to calm our nervous system in a very pleasurable way and in a unique program that I have put together that I find to be highly effective.

Each class will start standing with active moves that will release pent up stress. The idea is to release the stress rather than circulate it through our bodies and then gradually move towards relaxation through a variety of helpful moves.

Classes will include:

  • Breathing for Relaxation

  • Tapping to move stuck energy in places like shoulders and chest

  • Vagus Nerve reset for optimal health

  • Progressive Relaxation to soothe the entire body and mind

  • You will be guided into your own Healing Place Visualization

*No experience is needed, just a willing to have an enjoyable hour relaxing in a very beneficial way!
